Yes, we are an entirely privately owned company.

HPD have long-standing experience in providing world leading software solutions to a global market. We have clients in more than 50 countries, some of whom have been using our software for over 30 years.

HPD has assisted many businesses in the migration of data from legacy systems; we will offer you the tools and comprehensive training to guide you in getting started. We make it easy for existing providers to switch to HPD and for new providers to get up and running quickly.

Based on the needs of our clients, deployment options include delivery from the cloud, from our leading global data centres, or there is the option to install into your own/third party IT environment. Our SaaS option employs state of the art Tier-4 data centres to ensure safety and security for your data.

HPD’s headquarters is in the UK, and we have additional sales and support offices in the US and Australia.

HPD has created an independent project team to ensure our organisation is GDPR compliant. We are reviewing and updating our businesses privacy, data, confidentiality and security policies to ensure they meet industry standards and the new GDPR law in time for the May 2018 deadline.

Currently there is no work planned for this. In principle the objective would be to bring Clients together to define a generic functional requirement, rather than specific customisations per Client.
